Practice and National Patient Survey Results

Here at Silverdale we like to know what you think of our practice so that we can adapt our practices or change things for the better. In the practice patient survey, 51% of patients told us that they prefer face to face appointments, with 27% wanting a combination of face to face and telephone. 21% prefer telephone consultations. We have listened to patients and we are now offering a combination of telephone, online and face to face consultations. Let our receptionists know if you prefer face to face for our clinicians, or it may be that your condition will be something that needs to be examined and our receptionists will request that you come in for a face to face consultation.
