Non-urgent advice: It’s quicker to contact us online

You should now contact the practice using our online GP system if you can. We’re encouraging patients to contact us this way so you can tell us what you need in your own words and get the help you need from us more quickly.

Patients who do not want to go online or do this themselves can still call the surgery, and we can help fill in the online form with you over the phone.

This change aims to improve our patients’ experience when contacting us and ensure everyone receives timely care in line with new NHS contract requirements.

Non-urgent advice: FREE Digital Health and Wellbeing Coaching

Silverdale Medical Practice has partnered with Holly Health to offer our patients 12 months of free habit coaching (to help sleep, exercise, eating and mental wellbeing). As featured on the BBC, the Metro and the Independent. Sign up and read more.
