Appointment Changes for Patients

Patients are now being offered a choice of face to face, telephone and on-line appointments, when you telephone you have a choice, if you think or the receptionist thinks that your symptoms will need to be examined you will be offered an appointment face to face with a clinician. You may prefer a telephone consultation for an issue that does not need to be seen face to face. We listened to our patients in the patient questionnaire and are now offering a combination of appointments.
