Complaints and Suggestions

We hope that patients who have suggestions to improve the quality of our care to patients will put their suggestions in writing and give them to our Deputy Practice Manager, Claire Thomas.

Please contact the reception supervisor Anna Batty in the first instance, in the event of a complaint. 

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. We have a complaints leaflet, which is available at reception and gives details of the procedure.  

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
